this child is 7 years old. she can manipulate water whenever she wants. she’s a stubborn child, and dosen’t like to follow orders. by the age of 2 she was able to activate the special ability. she lifted a small amount of water with her mind from a cup that she had held. her parents used to hit her when she didn’t do what she was told. one day, she was extra stubborn, her mom had somehow scratched her hand. but instead of blood, water had come out instead. her parents then had been afraid of the girl and left her in the streets sometime later. the girl’s memories are a bit jumbled up. she was found by a facility worker. the secret facility was full of children which were kept there bc of their strange abilities. the worker took the 3 year old to the facility. she has lived in a cubic area to this day. she has practiced her ability while listening and gaining info about the strange place, so far she had a mental map of the cubic cells that the children are in. slowly but surly, planning an escape
