Meadowpaw woke up in a dark cave, "Wh-where am I?" A raspy voice answered from the other side of the cave. "You're in m-my den. You're safe h-here." Meadowpaw tried to gt up, but a sharp pain brought him back down. He looked around, he soon spotted a old dark gray she-cat. Meadowpaw hissed, "Who are you?" The old she-cat answered, "My name's Stormy." Meadowpaw narrowed his eyes, "Why did you help me?" Stormy looked at him and flattened her ears, not answering his question. Meadowpaw suddenly felt a wave of pain go over him, he dug his claws into the ground. Stormy yawned, "Go back to sleep, I'll renew your patching in the morning." Meadowpaw rested his head on his paws and soon fell asleep.
