I genuinely think I have bpd, i experience a lot of symptoms and i've spoke to my friend who was recently diagnosed, I've asked them if they could tell me how they got diagnosed and they listed all their symptoms and spoke to their mom so they went to see someone and got told they have it. I've asked my girlfriend if she could talk to her therapist because im too afraid to talk to mine and her therapist said i might have it. I dont know what to do cause I'm really afraid of my mom and I don't want to talk to her about it and I know if I talk to my therapist she'll just tell my mom. My friend told me there were 9 traits of bpd and you need 5 to be diagnosed, I asked what they were and she listed them and I experience almost all traits. I'm really scared I don't want to have it and i dont wanna talk to anyone irl about it
