LinkOK SO WE SHOULD MAKE PRISON AND JAIL COMFORTABLE, SO PEOPLE WHO DO CRIMES ARE OBVIOUSLY BAD GUYS BUT NOBODY CAN IMPROVE THEMSELF IN A BAD ENVIRONMENT SO WE NEED TO TREAT THEM NICELY IN JAIL AND PRISON AND GET THEM THE RIGHT MENTAL HELP THEY NEED SO THEY CAN IMPROVE AS A PERSON. I THINK THIS WILL HELP AND MAKE CRIME RATE DROP

Nah because if its comfortable more and more people will increasingly commit crimes and lounge in glory knowing they killed hundreds. I personally believe a scary ane brutal environment is key to making sure they dont commit the crimes they did again. Of course those who did small things dont deserve it, but we can afford to make separate jails for different crimes so- what we have is fine.
I'm not a sadist I dont like seeing people get hurt, I literally made a project on how it was right for mental asylums to be torn down due to their terrible treatments, but prison is prison and people do horrible things. Let them be treated horribly so they learn
If we did have enough money we would separate jails for different crimes. Categories for least to most horrible would be categorized by the judge when they go to trial, and then they'll serve their time.

crime rate drops bc the penalty for doing crime is now a temporary comfortable place to live
