im also worried that if i do find out hes dead, i wont feel anything. I have very low empathy and I usually dont find myself caring when someone dies. My grandfather died around a year ago and I didnt care at all. It eats away at me. Id feel so sick if my friend was dead and I just couldnt care. Ill hate myself forever. What if its my fault- I didnt see the notifcation soon enough and now he might be gone

ive never vented on here before but ive seen other people do it, so hopefully im not doing anything wrong

And on top of all of this, I need to drop out of this fcking class and I cant get an appointment with the guidance counselor cause the fcking link is broken. And I'm not even sure how I can report my friend's suicide attempt. I want to help him so bad but I dont know how else to do that but reporting it. Even though I want to, I cant. I only know his preffered name. He never told me his deadname, and thats the one in the system.

Im just so stressed out. theres so much pressure about all of this and im so worried. I need him to respond. Please god just respond.

UPDATE: He finally responded. Apparently I was the only one who checked up on him to make sure he was okay. I feel awful :(
