what goes through the heads of the people who tell me im not experiencing ableism. do they think ill just go "oh! shit! i didn't notice, sorry" and stop talking and suddenly be fine and not experiencing mental illness symptoms due to how stressed this is making me
dark turn sorry but my depression's been getting worse as of late because of the normalization of ableism and the stress that comes with both the actual ableism and the fact that most don't seem willing to listen when i talk about it unless i like. Force people to share the post like i did this morning
