Painkillers help a lot when it's the time of painful cramps
Ngl on the 2 day my cramps are the worst as i need to take a painkiller to relieve the pain
I don't know where anything issss im not at my house rn ๐ญ
I usually just take Midol because it last longer than ibuprofen
I always just take ibuprofen because either if it doesn't lasts longer or not i won't feel so much pain like before
Ah I see usually when I tale it it takes forever to kick in
And with online classes it just doesn't help
