You would have to before you upload it hit the gear icon and then hit the red arrow to save it to your files and then when you saved it go to an uploading site like ufile or gofile and then upload it there. You’d hit upload and then copy the link and give it to the person you are giving it to

To download a file someone gave you, you’d copy the link, and paste it in the search bar. Then hit the download button and once you have it downloaded to your files, you want to upload it using the red arrow in the gear icon. And click that file you saved and it should upload then you can post it
