The ending in my story

I actually have two endings I can't make up my mind I mean there both still sad I'm just having a hard time choosing which one XD So one of them is this one where the bullies in the beginning of the story ( there are about 5 guys) finds Kiriku and Ranmaru just hanging out and one of the guys pulls a gun out and shoots both of them. Then the appliance comes and blah blah blah, so now that Kiriku and Ranmaru are in a coma Kiriku is kinda like in a dream he's in a boat raging through the sea and finds Ranmaru floating in the water only holding on a tree stomp. He then pulls out a rope to safe Ranmaru but the firefighters tries to revive Kiriku (Ranmaru is almost pronouncing dead during the scene) so it stops him from helping Ranmaru in the dream. Then Kiriku let goes of the rope, and stops to think whether to live or die, Kiriku makes up his mind he then jumps off the boat and saves Ranmaru from drowning, he swims up into a surface helps Ranmaru then they both go to the afterlife. (sorry if this is long XD)
