LinkThis pokemon flies silently in the dark, swooping on unsuspecting prey and slashing with their sickle claw. They hunt mainly ratatta and live near cities, where ratatta are abundant.
they use their feather horns to sense where prey are hiding.
Their large eyes glow slightly as they track their prey.

LinkI based this mainly on horned owl on design alone, and some on velociraptors. The colors were supposed to be red because it's a predator animal and I gave it a monochrome shiny because it looks cool.

LinkOh yeah it's a dark flying type, I haven't come up with it's best or moves or abilities yet, I just woke up and colored it in. It's hidden ability would probably be Sniper
