He arrived at the restaurant they decided on ten minutes early, wearing a suit and tie, wanting to look his absolute best. His hair was in a low ponytail, as usual.
Karma was having trouble with her corset like dusty pink dress, (dis one) because of the lace that continuously got caught on her harness..she had to leave it behind because she had no time to change..she just had to hope nothing went wrong. As she walked up to the door she took a deep breath..whispering to herself that I’d be okay

He was waiting at a table, looking around the restaurant, entertained by the people. he loved people watching.

Karma: -once she’d opened the door and walked inside she froze at the looks she got, demons were never well liked, especially somewhere you were going to EAT…they ate nothing but humans to their knowledge. She trembled and looked down, already upset-

He saw her, getting up from the table, walking over towards her. "Hey Karm," he said, looking at her dress. "Wow... You look amazing," he said, breathtaken

Karma: -Void literally pulled her attention away from anything else, looking up at him with red cheeks and teary eyes, wow..a compliment brought her from those horrible thoughts. She shyly looked away and played with her short fluffy hair- “R-Really? I-I mea-mean than-thank you…y-you lo-look great t-too”
He beamed. "Yes! and thank you!" he said, pulling out her chair for her.
Karma: -she quietly sat down in the seat, now she was all bubbly and happy..just enough to ignore the dirty looks they both got. She pursed her lips and let out a lil sigh..he’s definitely the one- “Y-You cam-came earlier than m-me, how unusual~” -she said teasingly-
he laughed, taking his own seat. "Hey, I usually like to be on time," he said defensively.
Karma: -her tail even wagged, something rare in public. She rested her head in her hands and tilted her head to admire him- “Yo-You really do loo-look handsome my love”
Karma: -it only took one moment for her to glance, someone was already complaining to an employee about their presence…she seemed pretty guilty about this and it showed in her smile- “An-anyway…ho-how was your day..?”
"It was good, I spend pretty much all day getting ready," he said, laughing. "I dont have many fancy clothes," he explained, ignoring, or not seeing, the customer
Karma: -she was always like this..worried about what everyone ELSE thought. She whimpered softly struggling to ignore them. She offered him her hand to hold, listening to him- “Yo-You’re s-so silly…”
he held her hand. "It's okay," he said softly, trying to comfort her.
Karma: -she shook her head in agreement, rubbing his hand lovingly- “Yo-You’re too sweet…”
Karma: -she giggled, taking his hand and bringing it to her cheek, kissing his palm before rubbing her cheek against his hand- “An-And so warmmmm~~”
Karma purred softly at his hand, resting her eyes to further enjoy his pleasant touch “Yo-You m-make this so mu-much easier…i-i mean going o-out like this..”
he smiled. "Im glad," he said sincerely. a waiter walked over to the two of them. "Hello, would you like anything to drink?"
Karma: -she flinched and let go of his hand, quickly putting her hands back in her lap and avoiding eye contact- “Ju-Just some water…”
"Alright, and for you sir?" She said, looking at Void. "I'll do water as well," he said.
Karma: -it'd literally only been a second and she was already cursing herself for "acting weird" or "not speaking Satan's plain English" in her head she could never do anything right-
Karma: -Void had probably picked up on her habits by now, and she was currently picking at her skin, and avoiding eye contact..signs she was anxious-
'Karma, it's okay." he said again. "Im here. And I wont let anything bad happen to you. The people watching should just realize how pretty you are, looking past the fact youre a demon and wonder how on earth a guy like me got a woman like you." he said lovingly.
Karma: -her heart skipped a beat at his words, fighting back tears, her lip trembling she looks at him in shock. She sat there for a minute before a tear ran down her right eye..smiling pathetically- “O-Oh shu-shush..i-if an-anything y-you’re still with me o-out of p-pity..”
"Im still with you because I love you," he said. "I love you so much. There are so many people out there in the world, but I choose you Karma."
Karma: -she stood up, rather abruptly. But when she realized she was coming off as aggressive she dropped her head, she’d never tell him ever when she was on the verge of a panic attack bu5 it was clear from the way her breathing quickened- “I-I!!….I-I’m go-gonna go to the bathroom..”
Karma: -she walked past him, her struggle to hold back any anxiety was growing more visible. She headed to the bathroom and began to hyperventilate.. fanning her face..something anything..the people looking..the thoughts of not being enough..too much too much..she slid down the wall letting out a shaky breath-

void sat there, then buried his head in his hands, thinking he had done something wrong. the waiter placed two water glasses on the table.
Karma: -she clutched her heart..she’d really just have to get used to this right? She whimpered softly, leaning her head on the wall and tearing up- “Wh-why would an-anyone choose me….”
he played with his water glass, waiting for her, then read the menu
Karma: -she took a deep shaky breath, just a couple minutes…then she’d ask him if they could go back to her house. She left the bathroom, her cheeks were red from the tears and she sat back down, keeping her head down- “Yo-You…you l-love me so much, it ma-makes me scared haha…c-can we..can w-we go back to m-my place after this..?”
He looked up at her. "Of course! I am so sorry that I scared you," he said.
Karma: -she nodded, sitting up and coming to his side, planting a kiss on his cheek before hugging him- “Y-You promise..?”
Karma: -she kissed him again and went back to her seat..as long as they got out of here soon things would get better-
"Im not that hungry, are you?" void remarked, putting down the menu-
Karma: -she shook her head no, just wanting to get back as fast as possible even if she was hungry..she wasn’t..t h a t hungry, she’d probably eat a couple oranges at home and be fine-
Karma: -she giggled softly, taking his arm and leaning on him- “I-Is it o-okay if I leave a tip..I fee-feel a lil bad for wa-wasting their time..”
"Alright," he said, leaving a 10, then walked out of the restaurant with her.
