So I have been hiding the fact that I am lesbian from my dad for a while now. As every gay ass 12 yrs old would do. But I guess I made it obvious enough for him to find out. (I was most likely caught staring and Victoria's secret ads in the mall) So he walked up to me as I was doodling in my sketchbook and said something among the lines of "are u gay". Ashmaed and embarrased I told him the truth. I could see he wasn't mad, but I could see he didnt approve. Our conversation ended there.

I trust him to not tell anyone until I'm ready, but if you are LGBT you may know the difficulties of living with homophobic parents

I hope it turns out okay, I also recently came out to my parents, and really the only thing you can do is wait, but know that I am behind you and there are people who care about you!
