Linknot even really that long ago but i am getting nostalgic about stuff from like?2 years ago? late 2023 to mid 2024
i was looking through some old posts and texts and there are things i miss as those felt like simpler times, but. memory can kind of give the illusion things were better than they actually were, so i probably wouldnt go back if given the choice

Linki feel like i was nicer, but maybe i was just a huge people pleaser. i feel like i didnt have as many problems, but maybe i was just dissociated out of my mind and in denial. i feel like i was happier, but maybe i just wasnt as deep into depression as i am now

Linki miss when m was my best friend and i would talk to them all day all the time, i miss chatting with f, feeling close to b, urghhh i miss those guys
i miss having fun with my art in a way that i seem to be scared to do now? obviously thats in my control but it feels difficult to not be a perfectionist

Linkand yeah! i should be grateful for what i have in my life now, the wonderful friends i have and my skill in art, everything. living in the past will only lead to me wasting my present, but hhfh im missing stuff
