takes back almost 100 years ago when dogs and cats are separated by their breed and made dogs poor on one side of town and cats rich, back then there was a war between the two so decided to just separate them, but the reason was mostly that cats were to proper and dogs were too loyal, so they separated them in two, Hound Town and Feline City, but one generation a small kitten who is a princess of an empire and lives with her father always looked outside n the cold weather and saw the town cold dirty and sad, and a black golden retriever who lives in the only house that's in town lives with his grandmother, one day they both decided to sneak out to see each other parts of the city but ended up bumping into each other! will they find a way to help each other or everyone?
