Files are something you download so you can upload someone else’s art. If you’re on a device that allows them you can edit the file they give you and upload it on your account.
To use it you would go to the URL I gave you and click the download button, then it’ll be saved to your device’s files (if it supports them) you can open the file in FA by using the button that looks like a paper with a green arrow after you click on the gear button.
