Cracks in the tall buildings and skyscrapers are caused by reacourring wars. Conens have celebrated their survival by collaborating on a statue shaped like crossed swords.
However, these apartments are still capable of living. The buildings have stayed up for some thousand years. But sewers and electricity have been cut off by the holes, and need to be fixed.
The apartments are the safest places in the city. They protect citizens from disasters.
