I'm scared this relationship is gonna end up just like my last one, 4 months ending with the words "I lied" coming out of my spouse who I genuinely loved and cared about, I just hope it doesn't have to end like that...

being scared of that is an okay thing, if they lied in the first place i dont think they felt the same and if so its a good thing they ended it, having a relationship that is a lie is not healthy, all i can do other than saying this as just wish you luck. Hope you feel better.
