because i have to wear this appliance in my mouth called a Myobrace, but long story short... 5 months ago, i had a tongue tie (when your tongue needs to be cut because the tongue affects your learning problems etc) (its called a tongue frenectomy. google it) i got it cut 5 months ago, and ever since, ive had paranoias because i also have to do tongue excercises that eg: i have to click my tongue pull it up and stretch it i get paranoid by it by thinking that its gonna cut open again (its not gunna) but i always get scared... and the myobrace helps with it to train my tongue to sit in the middle and make my teeth straight... and im refusing to do them all bc im to scared....so shes yelling at me and threatning to stop my hang-outs and sleepovers...and ive been thru a lot...scroll thru my page and look thru my vents...
