I had 2 episodes last night, the 1st was I just couldn't move my body, I gain control again and it was ok. I didn't see anything. But the second one I heard screeching laughter and I saw flashing light and it was like I was dying I was seeking in a dark void, I didn't see any demons or anything but if you ask me. The was worse than anything I ever experience now I suffer from a ( hopefully). Temporally ptsd.

Please do not joke about sleep paralysis on my account. It's really no laughing matter, and I really wish that no one chooses to have episodes of it because it's truly a horrifying, terrible experience I really can't get the image out of my head.
