Maybe it's anxiety? Talking to a professional might help ease your mind. You should talk to your legal gaurdians about possibly taking you to the doctors to get a referral for counseling. That is if it's really bad. I hope the nightmares stop and if you need to, keep a flashlight (phone's usually have them if you have a phone) to keep some light in your room

Okay Thanks for your help, it's just because I didn't sleep much yesterday. Or the day before I talked to iaab on discurd before saying i was going to go to bed when I couldn't so I just stared at a wall all night basically
