So she basically has no name yet but like- She is a ghost girl that likes to wear a long dress and socks with a bow on each of them She is a naïve girl with a child like personality and she is interested in the stuff your average 5-6 year old would be into like dolls and girly stickers and frilly long dresses She is a ginger girl with a single light blue streak going down her hair that goes down two inches below her shoulders She has a black starry eye and a starry fog like thing covering her other eye She cries the black starry stuff She is about 15 but likes to wear a binder on her chest to maintain her child like appearance because she likes to play it off as if she is a small child. She died at age 7 due to a car crashed caused by a drunk driver
