LinkYou/oc is in a governmental facility for whatever reason you’d like, and most of the rooms where empty. Some here and there had people that either looked like scientists or security guards. As you/ oc walked down the halls which seemed to go on forever. You/oc came to a room split into two sections, one side closer to you/oc was crowded with scienctist and though the crowd you/oc could see a grown man strapped to a table struggling as some security guards held him down as someone injected something in to his arm.
