The stages of me getting pissed: 1 become sad 2 become extremely anxious 3 cry because of what happened 4 not care for awhile 5 over think on what happened 6 get pissy about what happened

I don’t like sosialization because I am afraid of getting negative feedback on what happened and why i don’t say much to people u just made me worse dawg (I am mentally I’ll and have a personality disorder I need to go though intensive therapy)
