What I do is get some songs that I like or songs with some story behind it and just move around, even if it's just walking in my room.

when i'm outside at night i just lay down in the grass and try to relax but i normally pick the soft grass and not the prickly grass. just lay down in the grass, relax, and think happy thoughts... it makes me feel nice out in the dark. sometimes i do it in my room for no reason PwP
