He wears a mask and a wig to kill, in case a victing escapes (they never do) there are no chances of knowing any identifying details. He kills silently so they wont know how he sounds, any witnesses are always killed, and after the murder he will take off the wig, put it on the body, and leave to buy a new one and goes on to the next person
