the anim you attached looks like the person is going to fall over, make sure they have balance on some point in the body, for that drawing id make her lean her hip to the right and put most of her weight on that leg
torsos are the same length as thighs and shins
arms only come down to mid thigh
hands are about the size of the face
get yourself a mannequin and reference poses
not only anatomy is a problem, perspective is, too. :3
for example, in a certain perspective, the left arm is only as 2/3 as long as the right arm
in that case, rule of thumb alone drawing leads you nowhere :/
yeah in the anim I attached I was doing a mannequin sketch under the lineart because we used those tiny mannequins in art for a still life

Got it. Learning those things seems to be boring for many people but they're everything to develop a decent artstyle
