Try not giving them any pronouns, call them by name. when perfering to them 'my cousin.' and or '(insert name),my cousin.' also, I don't believe the second thing, your great at art and nobody here is passing you your just stressing your perfect and so is your art (I sound really cheesey rn-)

I’d just say “they” or “them” for the pronouns Like even if it’s out of the blue just make your best effort to respect their pronouns I guess..

I heard if you dont know the gender or if a person dosent have a gender call them they or them

I got a religious family. Especially on my mom's end where all my cousins are. Damn, her siblings like sex. If for whatever reason, my 6 year old cousins started not identifying as male and female, I'd just refer to them as "them," whether I'm referring to both or just one.
