*At the largest mall for miles around, there's new shops opening all over inside. Restaurants, Clothing Stores, Sport Shops, you name it. Turning a corner, is a young man with golden hair, tail, and ears.*
*Somewhere close by, is yet another young man, his eyes being wide yet his pupils very slender. He sneezes randomly*
*The mans ear twitches in the direction of the noise. Its loud in the mall, and there are many sounds happening all around him. Yet he starts to walk towards the sound without thinking, before shaking his head and turning back towards the shops.*
*He jumps to his own sneeze, freaking out everyone around him. When he lands, he immediately sprints to the shops, everyone muttering under their breath*
*The man stands in front of the shop sign, trying to figure out where he should go. He got everything he NEEDED the day before, but now he was shopping for things he wanted.*
*He sprints up to the other, trying to run past him but fails*
"WATCH OUT!" *He shouts, eventually tripping to the other*
(Don'tcha wish that happened more, instead we got someone saying hi and getting a reply. Now THIS is an entrance.)

*The man turns when he hears someone shout, but before he has time to react their foot gets caught on the other mans feet and he falls over, landing on his back.*
"Holy scat, I'm so sorry!"
*He immediately jumps up and dusts himself off*
"Ah..It's..alright.."
*They also stand up and dust themselves off, making sure to get the dirt off their pink T-shirt.*
(i feel like they should have went to school together or something ide k-)
*He tries to dust the other off himself* "Are you sure though? I mean I am PRETTY sure that coulda hurt but I mean I have never fell on my back before I have been known to be VERY clutsy but I never tripped someone outta their wits, that's really not something I do, and when you do that it like REALLY HURTS, but not in a type of way that would physically harm you, and it's not a good way either it's like emotionally because you feel like you HURT them and.. and.. am I blabbering again? Whoops ^^;" *He huffs as if he ran out of breath*
(i figured id be a 'my character would have known him in school, but never spoken to him' kind of deal)
" No, it's alright, really. And you are kind of rambling..but just a bit." *They chuckle and look up at the other person. They recognize them after looking at them for a little while, the ears, tail, and golden ?freckles ??giving them away.* "Does your name happen to be Dimitri..?"
"Actually yeah.. how'd ya know?" *He curiously tilts his head and one of his ears flick*
*His left ear twitches for no apparent reason as he responds.* "Oh, you went to the same school district as me. I..saw you around a couple times.."
"Oh.. I see. I guess we can actually meet I guess. I mean.. I don't recognize you but since you've seen me before I guess then it's a good thing we can actually talk. WOW I just realized how stupid I sound.. eheheh.. ehhh...."
"..You don't sound that stupid. I can understand why you wouldn't recognize me, most people wouldn't. I'm Pete, by the way."
"I mean, I've never seen ya 'round. That's my fault. I wish I was able to meet you before now, you seem so nice. And.. nice to meet you."
Pete: *Smiles* "I'm only as nice as everyone else. Nice to meet you too."
"Oh no no no, I've met plenty of people and some are quiet bitter and sorta rude. I CAN HEAR YOU STOP TALKING ABOUT ME."
*People in the background were talking and staring, then stopped*
"A N Y W A Y S..." *He smiles a wide and toothy grin, but at the same time looks pissed*
Pete: *Doesn't flinch in the slightest by this sudden outburst, and waits for the man to continue saying what he was about to say.*
"But to be totally honest you're WAY more respectful than most I have met."
Pete: "Ah..Sure.." *His ears perk up as he hears someone in the distance start to shout about a grand opening of a new store.*
Pete: "I'm trying to check out all the new stores, and revisit the ones that are closing. I'll probably go check it out." *He says, looking over Dimitri's shoulder into the distance.*
"Alright." *Pete turns towards the direction he heard the sound from and starts walking towards it.*
*He cheerfully follows, realizing Pete's only walking, he runs around him a few times and jumps up*
"I feel like a kid, WOOOO"
Pete: *Chuckles at their odd behavior as they reach the store entrance. He doesn't look at the sign and opens the door anyways.*
(alright.wait you said he was acting like a kid so-)
*It's a toy store, full of all kinds of different knick-knacks and candies. Remote-Controlled cars zoom around the marble white floors, stuffed animals get tossed around into piles depending on species, and balloons hang everywhere on the ceiling. A mini-farris wheel, about 13ft tall with only one booth sits in the middle, and a H U G E stuffed teddy bear sits at the window.*
"DUCK AND COVVEEERRRR!" *A child yells as their airplane flies towards Dimitri and Pete. Pete ducks on instinct as it approaches.*
*Dimitri just instead jumps really high onto a shelf and backflips off*
"Whoops, I wasn't supposed to do that-"
*The airplane turns and comes back towards the child. Pete looks over at dimitri as he does that.* "Wha..?"
Pete: *Sees a stuffed animal in the back and starts walking over to it, picking it up, and turning to over in his hands.*
Pete: *looks up at him. In his hands is the plushy of a golden fish with cute eyes.* "Hmm..?"
Pete: *He turns it over in his hands, mumbles something about having one before, and sets it back on it's shelf. He notices Dimitri acting weird.* "You alright there?"
*He shakes his head as if to snap back into reality and goes back to normal*
"I'm totally fine, it was just..
I really like plushies..
it's almost
unhealthy.."
*Bursts out a cat meOw and covers mouth*
"I have a room dedicated to plushies. Plushies'll rule the world and I'll be the leader >:3. Please help it's an obsession.."
Pete: "It's alright, everybody has an obsession of some sorts." *He smiles, butalsothatmeowwasrllycutebuthedoesntsayanythingcuzreSpEcT*
Pete: *looks around at the other things in the shop* "I'll probably end up buying sum things."
"That's kewl. Meanwhile the only reason I'm even here is to go window shopping, I didn't really need anything to be honest."
Pete: *Doesn't know if he means actual windows or if that's a metaphor for something.* "I could get you something if you wanted? ^^"
Pete: "Are you sure? I recently got a raise and im in a very generous mood" *He smiles and flicks his ear to hear their response*
"You do whatever you want to do, only if you really wanted to go ahead... I'm not stopping you.."
Pete: "Alright! Pick anything in here less than 40$ and ill get it for you, if you need me i'll be over here." *He points to the section full of water toys and starts to walk over to it.*
(ive gtg in 20 min, and i wont be here tomorrow cuz ill be spending the whole day with my friend for my bday so sorry)
