Take a one hour break before trying to lucid dream.
The room has to be completely dark but red light works too
Dont eat or drink an hour before trying to lucid dreaming
Lay flat on you back
Try and keep your brain stimulated. Tap your fingers on your bed sheets, move your feet. Anything of the like
Let your dream stabilize. Once your brain realizes youre dreaming it might get exited so just stat out with small things like growing a flower out of the palm of you hand or change your appearance a bit. Work your way up to things like flying or moving mountains.

Do it too much. Your brain could get confused with reality and you can hurt yourself.
Look at clocks or mirrors in your dream. It gives you a sence of reality and you'll wake up.
Dont spin. Idk why but this will wake you up as well
Dont give up. This process can take weeks to work but when it does you'll have a blast

It might take a while but there is one method that works faster than others.
First set an alarm for a coulpe of hors before you wake up and then go to bed.
When you wake up because of the alarm turn it off and do nothing else. Just lay back down.
Then take your index and middle fingers and tap them one after the other like youre playing a piano.
Try and focus on your fingers as you start falling asleep.
Every 10 minutes bite your tongue. Not hard but enough you can feel.
If you suddenly stop feeling the pain in your tongue your brain will be fully stimulated and relize its dreaming.
Then boom there ya go, lucid dreaming.

LinkOne last thing. This heightens your chances of having sleep paralysis so... YeH just dont look at the clocks and it wont happen
