1. You have to draw an eye (any kind animal or human)
2. Ends on the 7th, which is Saturday.

4. You can use any colors you want

here its not as good but i hope it wins i spent a long time on it filling in te scales with a paint buket trying not to get distracted please let it win also eyes spent for ever on shadow ing please make it win and feather it it whould make my day ^v^
