My mood changes all the time in my room,, like im mad, or sad etc,, or just creepily high on happiness and energy,, i just smile weirdly and it freaks me out-

When i had my delusion, i woke up at 3am and went to my living room because i was too afraid of what made me feel that way
omg that's what happened when I first had my sleep paralysis, I was way to scared at what I saw. so when I snapped out of it I jumped out of my bed and ran to the living room sobbing. it happened a few months ago, and ever since I've stayed out of my room for the most part due to the fact I felt uneasy.
My first sleep paralysis was the old hag.
I dont know if it was sleep paralysis or something else but,,
She sat on my chest, with her face close to me. Smiling, it forced a smile out of me and one i could move and frowned in fear realising it wasn't normal, she knocked me out till i woke up in the morning,,

Mine was something that had actually used my leg as a ****ing ladder to climb on my bed and climb up to my face.
