you've gotta truly and fully cast your worries, anxiety, pains and such to God . God has the perfect plans and maybe sometimes will let things happen so you may learn from them or maybe other things for the best, but God does love you. What ever may happen in God's ways is what is for the best. You must turn to God and trust in him, have faith and believe <3

I do believe in him but as I got older I felt so lost and I felt as if I lost a connection with him. Idk, I just need someone to tell me about him and tell me what I need to do to get closer to him...? Can you..?
To get closer to God , I've heard and do agree that. Praying and reading the Bible , getting to know God's word is a good way to learn about God and how Jesus lived perfectly down on Earth, there is more to tell like how, Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins, Christ died and rose on the third day defeating death, giving us a chance for eternal life. That doesn't mean we should just sin as we want though, that's taking advantage, of God's mercy. The only way to God is through Jesus , Jesus went through so much pain and humiliation so we don't have to suffer in hell, but in order to make it there. You must confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart God raised him from the dead. Follow Christ and have faith, repent and more may be presented for you in the Bible to maybe understand better.

but
how the hell can you say this when innocent people are being raped, robbed, murdered, abused, and other heinous acts?
what about children who have been cast into homes of which their parents are cruel and abusive to them? all their childhood?
you can say that 'well satan had gotten his claws onto their parents'
but isn't god more powerful than satan?
wouldn't he know this is going on?
and if god has a plan for everyone in which it's to be the best, then why would he make a plan for the innocent to be harmed in saddening ways?
and what about forgiveness?
why would he allow that for someone who has murdered or raped countless people?
imagine you and your family being murdered in the middle of the night, you go to heaven, then some angel guy says 'hey, you see that guy over there? he murdered you and your family but he asked for forgiveness and now he's here with us!'
that
that isn't right.
