That's not plagiarism, plagiarism is directly copying/tracing and is normally information. That's just inspired by/doing the same thing in the animation, if doing that was plagiarism then millions of artists would have plagiarised as so many have done just a simple blinking animation, a sideways facing standing pose, ect.
