You aren't smart for getting an A-!? Well, I know a whole bunch of idiots then... including me. That is not stupid, it means you aren't as good at something than another thing. Screens are good for an extent of time. If you spend about 2 hours at most on the devices a day, it isn't too bad. But if it's all day, it's not a good habit. I don't see why your parents think that you should join a literal band at the age of 12. I mean, it sounds stupid. Do what you desire and talk to you parents about some of this.
