In this chapter, (summary) Rails stood, looking for his next victims while still having the fresh blood soaked on his glove and fur. He spots a universe he has not yet entered and smiles evilly. Upon entering he appears near a beach and small forest, he uses the beach to wash off the blood. However, Tails comes by, completely fooled by him, despite his rough look. He tells him he has something to show him, thus dragging him to his lab and revealing a chaos emerald in front of the blue demon. Rails has never seen a chaos emerald despite the many universes he has traveled to and destroyed. Just as he was about to grab it from the idiot fox, the real Sonic suddenly pops in, but before Tails got to look, Rails bolted out of the lab. Sonic asks if tails had been trying to clone him again, but tails denies quickly. ...Something isn't right.
