help is anyone here a doctor i would have a runny nose, dripping, facial pressure, i would sneeze constantly making it workse all over again, and it would last from the time i wake up or at a random time to the time i fall asleep, or get far enough into the sleep cycle to resolve it. The it comes back at a random time all throughout the year

oh and it takes sooo much energy away from me so once the pressure in my face was so much, i cried when trying to sleep. But i think it was the same episode but it went away on its own, after hours and hours
