Dude, just remember it's all in your head. Think about what is currently going wrong and how intense it is.
I promise it will be ok. Try to ignore it, you are not sad, it is sad. Distance from the version of you with all the negative emotions. It's pretty much a different person.
puberty, it sucks man. but im sure you havent seen the worst parts..
