when it comes to art, ur gonna wanna think in basic shapes. this helps break down big things (like the human body) into smaller, more manageable sections. ur also gonna want to think of things as 3d for example, when i sketch muscles i think of it as 3d, adding curved lines over them. this helps a lot when it comes to shading ^_^

just practice drawing different 3d shapes and adding lines over them to show the mass. for example, a sphere would have curved lines going over it, whereas a cube would have straight lines.

there are lots of other tutorials for basically anything u need online so don't be afraid to search something up if u need help ^_^
