have you tried to pick up any hobbies or do anything to help distract you?
making me have depression-being alone in the dark in my house,family judging me,feeling invisible,missing my friends,siblings being dunce bags and wanting to hurt my self
I understand,, Can you go in your yard or sit in your room to stay away from your family? vc your friends? this will take a hot minute to be over but i know you can get through it!
