Velvet sipped her tea from the shop, looking at the pigeons eating off the ground. She sat on one of the short brick walls for one of the many gardens

Suddenly, a big bang rang throughout the park, terrifying Velvet

Velvet was shaking, shrinking into the ground. "w-what w-w-was t-that....?" she whimpered

Velvet watched the pigeons fly away as she wrapped herself in her thick tail. "I-Is it d-dangerous? D-do you think?"

Her face turned slightly red at his promising tone. She angled her ears to the source of the bang.

She unwrapped herself and got low to the ground in the grass, heading towards the source. She was still shaking, but she was determined to find where the shot came from

she whispered with immense softness "Whatever you do, don't make any noise"

She crawled in the grass quietly, still shaking of fear

Velvet hesitated, biting her lip. She thought, / Stupid Oblivion made me read her stupid mangas. Get your head out of the clouds Velvet! \

She continued on, then stopped suddenly. Her ears angled down and she whimpered quietly at what was in front of her.
