LinkI wanted to write something that is highly LORE heavy, so read at your own descression!!
Rainclan's ansestors had grown up in a damp, wet forest, the sun could barely evaporate the water of the neutriant rich rivers and streams. The rain made beautiful streaks in the mudded ground.
The Rainclan warriors didnt see death as a tragidy, but more of a celebration. They hold a big party and celebrate the life of the now, very dead cat.
One day, a horrible drought had occured due to two-legs draining the waters, making them poluted and soon the prey had vanished. Hollythroat had recieved a message from Starclan then,
"You must flee or everycat on the nearest valley shall perish."
Taking this as a threat to her, and to her clan, she tells the leader Starlingstar about this. That they should stay careful, to not eat or drink to much for the rivers, streams and lakes may become as dry as the caverns.

However, Starlingstar did not worry, he smiled kindly and stated, "Do not get your herbs in a twist, Hollythroat. We shall thrive and survive. I will inform everycat of this when the time comes"
This answer, however, did not come kindly to the very worried and stuborn medicine cat. She shook her head, and listened to the very stupid words of her leader. As she padded back to the medicine den, she saw a Starclan cat. She heard them murmur, "Beware. Beware. Hunger. Fear. Thirst."
This, obviously unsettled the medicine cat, her fluffy yet short fur standing up on its end. She grabbed her herbs and began to sort them for the harsh new reality that her, and her clan might just live in.
Moons had past, and soon the waters of the before beautiful and damp forest had dried,rivers had sunken and prey had been long gone. not even the smallest squirrel could be spotted in the miles of the forest.
Hollythroat's ears perk up when she hears the fearful, yet stern voices of Starlingstar and his deputy

"All cat's big enough to swim through the rivers, gather underneath the GrandOak for a clan meeting." Garlictail and Starlingstar announce.
"We must flee, the waters and prey have vanished, and if we fail there is a chance that we could all perish in times like these." Starlingstar hollars, his voice clearly padded with fear.
"Gather your kits, got to Hollythroat for traveling herbs and we shall be on our way." Garlictail announces.
One apprentice runs up to Hollythroat after the meeting, and even after taking her traveling herbs. She looks to be almost the size of a full warrior. Her name was Lilypaw, soon to be Lilydream.
"I wish i could be a medicineCat like you, Hollythroat! It must be super duper cool to help all of the clancats like this!" She happily mews, her tail swishing in excitment of meeting her idol
"Really now? Maybe you could be my apprentice, we are in dire need of more than one medicinecat after all..."

as a summary, lilypaw is allowwed to become Hollythroat's apprentace once they all settle in within a different, more moist forest chocked full of prey. but they are setting very close to other boarders, causing fights and many cats die. lilypaw at that time would now be known as Lilydream, for her daydreaming attitued, she was made the second medicine cat after this, to help her clanmates AND Hollyleaf with mental and spiritual issues.
