Flipanim in 2020 was a lot better and the people on here were a lot better imo. Regarding dead hours, for me it's 23:53/11:53pm and the site is getting more active judging from the amount of animations on the new page.
Yeah,every 5 minutes I have to check my followed page and when I look into the accounts it seems as though they came back from 2-12 month break on flipanim.
Most of the actual artwork/happier/more colorful looking pieces were around 2020 then a lot of the animals became more like blank or shitposts
