Here's Rosolo, the male counterpart of Rosalina!
But man....I hate this because I can't draw perspective correctly.
How does this look so far?

It's okay so far, if you're fine with it the second most important thing is to draw the background that it works with the perspective on the character. It helps to draw a 3d grid on the background (like we know from retro art 3d grids) as helper(!) to visualize what the overall perspective is. It applies to both character and background
If you get both consistent, it is not that big of a problem if your character partly looks a bit flat - to optimize that, plenty of practice is necessary, also a mannequin (wooden/3d model) as perspective reference is really helpful, you should get one
To get better at drawing characters from different perspectives, you need to look at a model and understand what happens when you look from a different angle, comparen2 angles, like:
1. You stand in front of a character, all the features you know can be seen, others cannot
2. (Like in this WIP) You look from above on a character and suddenly you can see more of the back and neck, shoulders and shoulder blades, the back of the head
All of that can be learned by looking at a human model. If you want to get rid of a flat looking character you need to pay attention to the shapes of the parts of the human body (muscles,..)
