LinkDo you know what the community used to be on here?
There were a few friends, Randomperson, thepapersandwich, hgvoiolet, all those guys. the popular guys on here. They'd interact with each other and draw their "squad" and all that stuff.
Guess who wasn't in a squad? yours truly.
There are reasons, mainly that I didn't actually talk to people on here for ages. First person I actually spoke to was Potato.
That's right, we weren't ever one happy family. the people who are still here were just friends already or made friends quick becausetheir art and opinipons were similar.
There were also beck-o and Zee-rex. They seemed to be pretty close friends, and they'd do the whole drama thing I do now. They weren't very well like, fro,m my memory, because they actually said their opinion.
That's right, the drama was always around.
MNow, all the art back then was fairly bad, everyone's gotten better. Everyone used to be really bloody stupid. "Oh, there weren't dumb kids" no, WE WERE THE DUMB KIDS!

Everyone would comment on featured anims and popular users. I ain't get shit with my stickman animations.
It was all about having the same shitty style as everyone else.

1 like Beck and Zee, she used to say her opinion on people's art a lot. people on here don't like that.
2 Her art isn't the same style as everyone else.
But, most importantly
3 Everyone on here already decided who their friend groups were, and she wasn't in them, so they just never tried to interact with her.
All these people going off about how their community is breaking, but it's because they built in on the foundation that only their friends are allowed.

Linkthe reason you never got shit was because nobody really likes stickman animations since on here they are so unoriginal.like,everyone that starts off on here makes at least 1 stickman animation.and your aying its because you didnt have the same style.no,its because people like animations and pictures with actual detail and meaning instead of "stickman jumping" or "running stickman"

LinkYeah, I get why I wasn't their friend, my art sucked and my attitude has always been foul. I'm not someone who's easy to like.
My point is that all these "The FA community" posts are from the perspective of someone who was inside a friend group that never really interacted with other people. The on4es who everyone was nice to because they were friends or popular.
It's incredibly biased. Hell, I'm super biased too, but it's just a different point of view.
