LinkSo it had been several years since the people turned on each other and all out war broke out. Many people, cities, cultures and even a couple of countries were ended in this horrifying war. Some people lived alone due to their homes and lives being destroyed by others or bombings, some lived in groups and some just traveled. You were a traveler trying to find others. You eventually smell smoke and follow the smell to a man, he looked scruffy and tired, but was clearly confused and happy to see you.

If you don’t mind I’ll just-
Animator: *they held their scarf up to their nose, staring down at him* ..?
Animator: *they took a step back not sure if he was hostile or not but they couldn’t help but crack a small smile at the look on his face* oh uh m-me too- it’s nice to see another person.
Animator: *they hesitantly shook his hand* pleasure to meet you, I’m animator. *the eyes on their led visor blinked*
Animator: oh uh i was looking for a certain person *they huffed*
Animator: u-uhm that’s- classified *they nervously chuckled, instantly regretting what they told him and decided to change the subject to something they were curious about anyway* say..what happened to you *they pointed at his prosthetics*
William:Failed attempts at making some new tech. I was an engineer before the whole war thing went down, now I just work for nothing really, make things to try to make myself feel less lonely though nothing works. My next project is to try to make some better prosthetics for myself since these old things are real rusty and won't be working for much longer.
William:I was stocking up parts far before the war broke out, it was only a matter of time so of course I have the parts to make more, but it's just gonna take time and I would rather get some better materials if I could since I would like an upgrade, but with the world in the state it is, I doubt I'll be able to.
Animator: I know of a place that had some but that’s pretty far to be honest *they stretched*
Animator: *they chuckled* I don’t mind, I’m always willing to help whoever I can along the way
Animator: that’s true but I’d hate to be of no help for you *they poked him*
Nico: Just trying to find other survivors, maybe help them find safety. And I’m very happy that I found you.
Nico: I think you’re the seventh one I’ve found so far, in this area at least.
Nico: Well, they were very far away from each other, so I think most of them were just trying to stay alone and hidden.
Nico: Hey, don’t worry about it. *he goes over to William and rubs his back gently*
Nico: It’s just good to actually drink some good tea, especially now. *he smiles softly*
