Aranix, despite all his flare and flirtiness and charm, is literally just filled with so many issues that therapy just isn’t an option anymore. He was trapped in Hell for thousands of years since the day he was born, he had his wings ripped off by an asshole angel when he got curious and tried to see Heaven, he was banished to the mortal world and was permitted to only enter purgatory, and to top it all off most of the people he tries to form a romantic relationship with end up just leaving after the first date or night they spend together. Granted, though he does have good friends like Nico and Virgil, he still just yearns for someone to truly love him as much as he’d love them. He’s been looking for that special someone for so long that he’s beginning to wonder if that person even exists for him.
