Bentley led out a whine at the sudden increase of people and touch around him , weakly just letting it happen. After a long while, he’d be in the usual hospital bed, or one that would hold and fit him at least. A doctor would walk in, looking to her with a frown, “you said you’re his wife, ma’am?”

"Your husbands been drugged, ma'am. He's not in the right state to be able to explain what the hell happened, but this isnt the first record of him showing up at the hospital, wounded and high." he muttered, jumping to conclusions about the poor bull and scowling

"We have to let the drugs leave his system before we can do anything else in fear of him getting too much. We cant tell what it is he's even on." he saod Bentley whined as he started to try and get out of the bed, "C-cant be here-" he slurred

After a while longer, he’d end up drifting to sleep, though only for like thirty minutes. He’d jolt awake with a nightmare
