plz hope you stay.. i appreciate when ppl read what i say lol idk i kinda had a bad ptsd attack or smth and i think then a anxiety attack idk. for a hood hour or so, i just couldnt stop twitching or jerking my neck, and tensing up my muscles. memories were constantly swarming around in my mind. so all night i never slept. and i had to go somewhere that next day too. so yea

my mind has been in a very.. dark place the past 2 days and hopefully im back to 'normal' when i wake up. rested to normal and not jerking my neck every now and then. just has to keep myself distracted. my mind has been very busy on memories and thoughts, i just feel too awake to go to sleep and i just dont know what to do. but i have to sleep. i wanna sleep. so thats what im gonna do. SLEEP. anyways mood changing. sorry for the lack of posts ill try to draw more lol obsessed with sims lately also hi-
