This is a really great design :O
But can I give you one tip?
When you’re using like neon colors and a lot of the same three colors, in this case the neon green, orange, and blue, just stick to that theme of either those 3 colors or simply neon. The purple on the tail seems a little out of place. But other than that this is awesome :D
they're not neon
they're lime green, some random type of orange (not neon tho, the neon orange hex code is different), a light blueish color, and some greenish color
