when it comes to that frame when you want to shake it make a new layer and copy and paste EVERYTHING on that layer starting from the botttom and making ur whay up. then all of it will be on one layer (if not already) then as the frames pass on shake it

or u good add a background one for the layers as the far back ground on the one over it a close backgound and shake that when they hit the ground like in ur test
